Sailstar Sailing Center and Amarilla Sailing Club offers a range of sailing dinghies in very good shape and condition for you to rent at our sailing club.
Laser
Laser
Worldwide wellknown singlehander Laser. It is also an olympic dinghy used both for men and women classes in the Olympics. It is a singlehander, i.e. you sail it by yourself and there are three options for different sail and rig sizes. 4.7 m², radial 5.7 m² and standard 7 m². The Laser is an advanced sailing dinghy, you need to know how to sail a dinghy to be able to sail the Laser. Length 4.23 m, weight 60 kg.

RS Aero
RS Aero
The newer type of singlehanded dinghy in the same size as the Laser but with a weight of only 32 kg. You sail it by yourself and select among three different sail and rig sizes - 5.2 m², 7.3 m² or 8.9 m². The RS Aero is a superfast dinghy with a superb speed especially downwind. It is an advanced dinghy, you need to know how to sail a singlehanded dinghy to be able to sail the RS Aero. Length 4.00 m, weight 32 kg.

RS Zest
RS Zest
The RS Zest is a fun and durable sailing dinghy that can sail as a singlehander or a doublehander. The RS Zest is easy to rig with either a main or both a main and a jib and it is also easy to reef the main, a good thing at San Miguel and Tenerife where it can be windy. The boat is super strong and really fun to sail. Length 3,6 m, sailarea 5.7 + 1.2 m², weight 69 kg.

RS Neo
RS Neo
The RS Neo is a very strong and durable singlehander. Made in comptec, the same as RS Zest, but with a carbon fibre rig carrying 6 m² of main sail. Length 3.53 m with a weight of 64 kg. We have only one of the RS Neo so be sure to book it early!

Sigma Active Ocean
Sigma daysailor
The Sigma daysailor is a dinghy with fixed keel for more safer operations. It has a huge cockpit carrying 5-6 persons. We use different sizes of both main sails as well as jibs so there are always a good option for current wind conditions. Sigma has a length of 6.0 m, a width of 2.5 m and a weight of approximately 500 kg.
